Dentist omg PANIC!!!

Just been dentist with my daughter, OMG panic i felt awful, i wanted to cry.
do any of you get so panicky you want to cry? i get soooo emotional.
anyway i DO need 2 fillings and i told him can i make another appointment as im feeling really anxious...he said yes, when your ready Thank the Lord!!!

Im home and feeling releived its done, i cant understand why this was SO bad, ive been going dentist alot recently with no proplems just a little anxious, but today wow it was just awful.
Now im thinking...wonder if its because ive got into a routine at home, as in not going anywhere, or is it the med

I went to the dentist this morning - took 2 kalms an hour before the appointment and rescue remedy pastilles o n my way to the dentist - and thank goodness no fillings but I always shake, hyperventilate, go red, pull his instruments out of my mouth and cry afterwards - I had very bad experience with the dentist in my childhood and its stayed all my life ( im not 48) but I go every 6 months and just accept that I cry, shake ,sweat and hyperventilate- embarressing especially as I know my dentist and as soon as I am out of the chair I am a different person!!
