Dizzy and swollen - advice please

Hi all, i am really not having a good morning at all. I increased the dosage of citalopram to 40mg 2 weeks ago, just started my third week. I had the increased anxiety etc for the first week and it all settled. Anyway the last couple of nights i go straight to sleep but then toss and turn, am really hot and have weird dreams. I also feel very anxious in my sleep ?. When i wake up in the morning i am very anxious and today i am feeling very dizzy, and my hands feel swollen and stiff, i have also suffered with horrible headaches and pressure in my ears. Is all this side effects of meds and should i stick with it or ask for a change. Its really beginning to get me down. Thanks

Swelling can come for stress try some lavender oil on the hands, yhey stock it in the shop.
