Dizzy spells

Hi Everyone.

I know we talk a lot about feeling dizzy, but does anyone get a severe feeling of giddiness that feels like you are going to sort of go down. I usually get them when I have overdone it like today and when i've got a funny head. I had one standing up and later one sitting down boy do I scream ( dont take much) decided I had better rest now.

Hi Barb,

I use to get this constantly. Once I accepted, It was nothing to worry about, it seemed to wear off.
