Hi Guys,
I just wanted to say a big thank you to everyone on the health anxiety forum....... it has been SUCH a lifeline to me recently. Whenever I feel the urge to google I come on here instead and it really does calm me more than anything else, I think. And also it is so cathartic to be able to offload whatever fear I am having without having to burden my family (who think I am mad enough already )
So a million thanks - you are all brilliant!

Its a wondeful place isn't it. I find it very reassuring that people have same symptoms as me and they are not suffering from any life threatening illnesses and you realise that not everyone is symptom free all the time as I imagine them to be and we all have weird and wonderful symptoms everyday.

I don't know about anyone else but I always think that I am the only one who has pains and weird symptoms on a daily basis and that everyone else feels fit and healthy - my husband tries to convince me that he has all sorts of things daily but they just don't worry him.
