hi, for the past few days i have had a bad pain in my neck and across the back of my head with also pain in the forehead. can anyone relate? could it be serious?

Sounds like stress to me, if you can't get anyone to give you a massage, try a wheat bag on your neck or a warm bath with some arome therapy oil.

Sounds like you have bad posture and could do with a good neck and head massage to me.
