Weird pain in Sit bones

I have a terrible pain in my sit bones. But when my pain hits, so does my heart rate increases. Next worry is because of the location Is it my bowels or back or legs or nerve endings! It does shoot pain however.
If anyone has experienced this, please let me know.

Hi, I am experiencing that right now...feels like I've got no cushioning on my bum...sorry, its awful isn't it...don't know why its doing it...wish I had a fatter bum now! lol!

aaahhhh so it is your buttocks!! I have never had this but am pretty sure that your heart increases when it hurts because it's scaring you and therefore you get nervous. It's normal to have aches and pains so don't worry..

I would agree with what Sarah says and we can experience ache and pains all over our bodies due to anxiety.

Yes, that was the buttocks and now the pain is gone, but yes it is an instant alarm. I do however has lots of cushion. I wish it was muscle there. HAHA.
