im an 18 year old and have recently been getting really short of breath kind of a drowning feeling and needing to take really deep breaths all the time!
i also get a sicky feeling with it and had a huge panic attack this morning because of it.
does anyone feel the same way or have any advice?

On a serious note, I have to take really deep breaths all the time when i'm manually breathing, when i've got my head stuck into something, i'm fine...

i think its because im always worried and thinking about my health.. always worried about having heart and lung problems.. therefor always feeling out of breath
well i feel that way a lot, i have generlized anxiety disorder. I dont always feel like hard to breathe but Im always worrying about my heart and my health. Everyday i have to check my pulse 20 times...and have a hard time sleeping. I had a panic attack today because of it, you might wanna go to the doctors just to get it checked out and see if you have a bit of GAD yourself, im 20 years old and know what it can be like to have something like this so early on, hope your okay im always here if you need me! take care x

i feel the shortness of breathe day and night every day it is anxiety but a crap feeling and very scary hope you feel better soon
