weird arm feeling!!!!!

hello all......
havent felt the need to post for awhile really proud of myself .... but this past week i have been gettin a odd
feeling in my left arm kind of a heavy feelin i still have a grip in my hand, ive not had this before so its worryin me, my mind is tellin me its ugly ugly anx, but a small part is screamin different
is this a typical anx symptom!!!!
my anx has been up and down alot today but i sometimes get it when im not even thinkin about it

hello..i get this as well..arm feels numb and heavy..also pain in my fingers..i also get it when i think im doing ok..but its there at the back of your mind..dont worry just keep thinking good thoughts..if you are really worried get it checked out..ive had it for months..chin up babe..you can do it.x

Sounds like a trapped nerve or something. But it could just be anxiety causing weird symptoms

I have these strange sensations in my arm too, i can also get in my legs.
Its a scary feeling but i have been reasurred from the doctors that its nothing serious, "only" anxiety showing its face.

Hey, this is very true. Its the same for me. Even if i feel ok i have the sensations in my arms or legs. It strange what this can do to you!

thnks all ur replies ave really helped ease my mind
i thought it was anx but just needed some reasurance from u guys,sometimes when others ave experienced the same as u it makes u feel better
