strange feelings in chest all night and still got them

hi all ive got these weird feelings around my heart ,like a burning pressure feeling , ive had no sleep cos of this and ive still got it now , its scaring the hell out of me it wont go away sure im about to croak it and im exhausted aswell any reassurance would be most welcome atm

indigestion or maybe a chest infection ,if it is still there today phone a app with doc get it checked out xx

ty again for replying to me , youll be fed up of me soon . its gone off a bit this evening so hoping it will stay away till morning ,im in desperate need of some sleep ive not had any for cpl of months now, and of course everything feels worse when tired thanks again

Hi amandaj, I agree with finny, it really sounds like indigestion or acid reflux. They feel nasty but they are not anything to worry about. Gaviscon Advance can help, as can chewy indigestion tablets.

If it felt like you were being burned or stabbed while breathing it's likely to be pleurisy or a chest infection. Again neither of these are serious. Pleuritic pain can be relieved by ibuprofen. See your doctor if it gets worse or doesn't go away after a few days, or if you need reassurance from an expert.
