Stomach worry please please help:S

Right iv just been doing stomach excersizes and i have noticed that when i tense my stomach the area in the ceneter looks really raised, like at the bottom..im really worried cos when i prod it it seens tender..im so worried now, its something really serious:S:'(

its more than likely, you have pulloed something, but because you ahve noticed it when you are tense, it is mrore prominent and will naturally be more tender

it doesn't sound like anythign at all to worry about

Alexy, you said u have been working out...your getting those 6 pack abs That entire area is an ab and it is probably sore from exercising and you pushing on it of course. Relax and pat yourself on the back for a job well done. If it were your bladder, bathroom would hurt.

it will protrude when you reflex orbend or tense, thats physiology for you
