Hi to everyone! Havent been on here for a while as I was feeling much better and found that when I came on here my symptoms came back probably because it was making me think about the anxiety again.
Please could anyone help with my latest symptom, for the last week or so I have been getting headaches which are making me worry which obviously sets off the anxiety again! The headaches are manageable, but they are so regular it is making me worry a lot now. It could well be tension headaches? I have to look at a VDU at work all day and spend quite a lot of time at home in front of a monitor. Should I put this down to anxiety/tension or should I bother my doctor yet again?
