advice on bowel cramps

please anyone who has any experience or advice please help im driving myself mad!!

iv been extremely stupid and looked at too many stories of cramps and cancer!

can they be as people say just wind?? iv had 4 lots since last november, first time was worst felt like alot of wind starting under ribs and ending in intense cramps in lower tummy after v watery diarreah was fine, second time in dec after heavy curry tried just lying down going to bed just had a sore belly nxt day, third time v mild after curry again went over night and last time about 5 weeks ago started in car mid morning were quite painful until vv small bm relieved them!

please can this just b ibs? would i have them more frequently if it was cancer causing them??

Sounds like ibs, I've had bad cramping sometimes in work by my desk and I can't get up to go to the loo cause I can't stand up straight, u gotta watch what ur eating it can make it worse and going to the loo or passing wind will ease the pain. Dr will give u tablets
