neck spasms, advice before i call 999 asap

I don't want to waste anybodys time, I been fine all day I had fish for dinner about 9,45 and when I finished it I felf like something was stuck in my throat so I tried coughing it up then I went into a panic attack. I've had fish before but hardley eat it, now I'm having throat spasms it like my throat will cramp so I can't breath for swollen just for seconds. I might be having a reaction off the fish what to I do.
Help me please

if its a reaction nic call for help and ask them
as might be allergic to fish or might be anxiety but worth asking there advice anyhow asap

I been on the phone to the nhs and they said if I have any obstruction or can't swollowcall 999. But I'm so worked up I don't no if its closing up or not. I can still swollen water

Try not to worry--if it's an allergic reaction,they'll know how to take care of it right away. You did the right thing to go in--hang in there!

Now I'm getting home from casualty then I managed to see the dr for 5 mins my throat hasn't going to close but a really bad infection
