Panic is taking over!!!

I'm sittting here, stareing at my arm, looking for some kind of abnormal color or mark because the side of my wrist went numb for a few seconds....and I think I see something wrong. It could just be my eyes. I'm starting to freak......thinking I'm about to have a heart attack or something. Plus my thumb is starting to feel tense or stiff and now part of my lip and face is doing the same! Please help :( It's all in my head, right???
