5 weeks has gone so fast !
I'm so bloody nervous right now but hopefully i have done enough with my agoraphobia project to build up the courage.
Will be filming what i can as always.
I leave in about 20 mins.

im sky a newbie,and im off to the hospital for my physio,and am wearing a hole in the floor,another trip to the loo!!!!
good luck im sure you will get there,a bit late maybe but heigh ho,ill think of you on my journey.

I was so nervous when I left.
What a morning !
Something happened after the appointment and I will post what the ENT specialist told me (its mind boggling) later on as i need to rest for abit.

I am glad you managed to get to the hospital. I hope everything is ok for you? I have agoraphobia (I can get out with other people) so I know how difficult it can be getting out- although today I was really brave and went out for a short while on my own!)

I watched some of your videos on Youtube and I think you're doing brilliantly. Have you posted a link to a video about the Hospital visit on here yet? None of the links I click on take me to a video about the Hospital visit and I'd love to know how it went. And yes... I'm an agoraphobia sufferer myself...
