My dad???

I am bit worried about my dad he has a stomach bloating and a lump in his belly button. He says he feels a bit rough as well. Just wondering what could be the problem coz getting bit anxious which is not what i need coz the past 2 years have been a nightmare?

He had it for a while now? Anyone please?
