Paul used to be a member on here but I haven't read his book.
There are other posts about it so put "Paul david" in the search facility and you will find them

I've got this book SC... Its really good, I read it when i was pretty well, but have recommended it to others. Alot of the book is on his website to be honest but a bit more in detail. x

I have got the book and I think its great. Reading through it, it sounds like Paul wrote the book purely for me and it describes everything I have gone through and really puts my mind at rest. Well worth it I say. Yes a lot of the book is on the website but as Starlight says, the book is in a bit more detail. He even talks about unreality too.

Just to add - i have read the book and it totally changed me for the better. Very good and a real break through in my battles of panic and anxiety. I have had a bad week and i think lapses will happen to everyone through recovery we just need to let them pass and stop fighting them

He (Paul David) had anxiety for about 10 years didnt he, till he got the right information about what it was, then he started to recover from there onwards didnt he. I thought his book was excellent.

I've got this book and it really helped explain things to me, especially depersonalisation which had me convinced I was going mad. I would definitely recommend it. Alot of it is on the web site but I found it better to have the book as I could take it anywhere with me. I would read it at work if I got anxious, I even took it away in my caravan. It's good to have when you feel better too, as it is always a good reminder should the feelings come back, which in my case they do when I get really stressed.
Def one to buy.

I have recently purchased this book after it was recommed by a number of people i have never heard anything bad about it. I havnt read it yet as iv only just got it but im really looking forward to it Name xx
