Sharp stabbing pain in chest after running

Hi,

Just been for a quick run and afterwards did some stretching. I stretched on my left side and immediatly felt a sharp stabbing pain on the left side of my chest like it was piercing through my heart but this was only when I breathed in. I stretched on the otherside and was fine so I tried again on my left side and the same thing continues to happen. Anyone else get this? Could it be muscle pain?

There's a possibility that it's a muscle pain, but with anything that can be described as a piercing pain, I'd recommend seeing a doctor.
