say to yourself, i dont have to stay here if i dont want to which may take the pressure off a bit. if you feel anxious say to yourself ill stay half an hour more and see how you feel - give yourself wee targets -
how did work go after? thats a good tip to target yourself to certain times.
With all the new work laws you can inform your boss you are suffering from anxiety etc and there may be a time during work that you may have to take time out for a few moments just to calm yourself. This also may help you to cope and again you may not need to take that moment out because you know you can.
