itchy

hi everyone - I am having a problem with my whold body feeling itchy. I feel like as soon as I itch in one place and it goes away - it comes back somewhere else. I have even been leaving marks on myself from itching so much. I haven't changed anything so it's not an allergic reaction but it's driving me nuts !!! I have a medication phobia so I won't take anything like benadyll. Any suggestions? Anyone else have this with panic?

i had that when i was pregnant, but i dont think it was stress, but once i started itching it would spread and then sting if i kept scratching it, lol im sorry that really does not help you lol,
just try not to scratch lol
i'm sure you could get something herbal for it,

Hi, eeyorelover.
Oh boy do I understand how you feel.
If i'm feeling run down,panicky, or i'm not looking after my skin properly, I get eczema.You can get lots of preperations for this from the chemist or doctor.
Seriously, sometimes I could roll around on th doormat for a good scatch lol[:P]
I hope the itchyness gets better
