IBS? Uncomfortable feeling

I have been having some problems with my tummy. I get pains a lot and have to go to the toilet. I go regularly to the toilet but feel quite bloated. My tummy gurgles too. I have seen the doc who is sending me to the Gastro dept. But having health anxiety my mind is in overdrive. Ive had blood tests lot and all fine. Anyone have these feelings?

Yeah I have similar. I have the pains and they go once been to the toilet. after I eat I am very bloated which is very very very uncomfortable but by the morning it has gone. Also having problems with wind. I am not regular to the toilet however I use to be at least 2 or 3 times a day now will be lucky to go once (sorry for too much info!). My doc said have got IBS and has given me tablets for them.
Did your doc mention IBS?
