as well as attacks of feeling faint and breatless finding it hard to breathe and swallow i also get a horrible sensation going through my head followed by a horrible feeling that im not really here and a fear that i'm going to drop dead .i also feel really disorientated at the time of the attack.the brain scan and eeg came back normal.all bloods and tests were normal.anyone else have this and is it really just anxiety.it feels horrific.

i get this also. daily when i'm going through a panicky time. mostly in afternoon/evening.
