Can anxiety make me feel this ill?

I to often feel as if I am going down with a bad cold or flu, the symtoms are so real, also feel really lathargic and tired, same as you I have had all the blood tests going, but nothing wrong, so I can sympathise and understand exactly how you are feeling.

After having a full check up with the doctor and being pronounced quite healthy, I began to relax. I took a day off work and felt fine for the whole day. This morning I woke up and am back to the flu-ish feeling and the dizziness. The anxiety has kicked in and the symptoms make me feel even worse.
I spoke too soon - it's not gone.
I'm going to try lots of exercise to see if that'll help.
Having a day off and relaxing certainly did help but unfortunately we can't do that every day so there must be another way.
I'll let you know if this works........
So sick of feeling like this now and not having any control over it.
