tension headache and tension dizzness

can anybody pls help me, what to do during tension headache attack, i feel just now so stiff and can't move, and felt a bit dizzy and heart beating fast and i feel like so scared and my head felt so tense, all so stiff and hard and worst i have to tip toe to walk, why? is that tension headache, i still hv it now, a bit feeling nausea.i hate all this, no peace.

i am not sure,but i have similar symptoms that start with a panic attack and then headache and nausea that last for weeks after a serious attack.
