weird skin feelings

this is a bit wierd but does anybody ever get the sensation that water is splshing on their skin. Its really strange. it feels exactly like when you have a tap running and its hitting a plate or something and it splashing on you. its really hard to explain. its not all the time and its worse when ive been hot then cooling down. but sometimes it just happens if im not hot.

sometimes get itchy and feel like something is crawling on my skin strange prickly sensations never worried about don't know if this something similar to what you get.

I get that sensation too. I have read that anxiety makes our nerves hyper sensitive and that we can imagine odd sensations like this.
