Sensitive to body movements?

I seem to be freaking myself out over body movements that I’m having just now, I keep thinking I’m going to have a seizure or pass out.

At night when I’m going to bed I end up jolting and moving just before I fall asleep, I also have a warm sensation rushing through my arms and legs (like very light pins and needles) which really freak me out. Feels like my whole body is on a mild vibrate! I just think I’m over sensitive to small changes of movement or temp changes and that’s what’s causing the anxiety.

So hard to describe.

Add that to constant neck and head tension, tiredness, stress and general anxiety and you have 1 very freaked out person just now.

Hi there

I used to get all these sensations too, its all the extra adrenalin rushing round your body which then sets the panic off again causing more adrenaliin to build up , its a vicious circle really. I know its hard but you have to try and accept them and then you deal with it more calmly.
