i'm new to this it's bewildering!!

i have been diagnosed with anxiety depression 2 weeks ago although i haven't felt great for a while. i'm just wondering how to get throught the 1st few weeks as it feels like an emotional rollercoaster at the moment.
i nvr thought i'd feel this way but it goes to show i can happen to anyone!!
any advice would be appreciated
