My ovary ultrasound is tomorrow...

...and I'm more than a little bit nervous.

They WILL find something there - the ovary pain and lower back pain is enough to tell me that - but I'm hoping it's just an evil little cyst rather than anything else.

My HA is obviously telling me it's the big C, finally come to get me.

I'll let you all know how I get on....!!

Oh, also -

how can they tell just by looking at it whether it's a cyst or something else?!

It is probably a cyst or fibroids - I have had cysts before and still have fibroids.
