Just come back from another short break holiday.
Its my third this year.
A load of anticipation before I went as usual.
But I did it!
Feel really shattered mentally now but my confidence is getting so much better.
And in 2 days we are off again on another mini hol.
Its great having a touring caravan again and being able to just go away.
Its hard to believe that just 3 years ago I found it a struggle to go to our nearest town.
I did have a blip day on Thursday when I was having a major panic attack and wanted to come home.
But I just think now thats all they are and I can overcome them.
