hi everyone can you tell me if this is a panick attack i was driving down the motorway this morn it was a bit hot all of a sudden i felt this thing comeing over me i was breathing through my nose i felt i was not breathing fast enough i felt lke i wanted to breath realy realy fast i then felt like i had to get of the motorway then i had this like kinda pain or something in my chest anyway i kept breathing through my nose whice was hard going now any way after 5 mins it felt like it was going but when i was talking to my mate i felt like i was out of breath or something 10 mins later i got shakey legs and felt sick
