Hi just a quick line to introduce myself! I'm a 31 year old from the South East of the UK. Been suffering on and off with panic attacks for about ten years, the latest episodes starting after some recent minor surgery. I know what I'm having is a panic attack and sometimes it does help to clam me down....but I'm still finding it hard at time....anyway, this just so to say hi! Look forward to hearing from you!
