    pain in chest

just wondering guys if you are feeling better and are not feeling all that anxious anymore, infact some days none can you still get those pains in your chest?

I came back from the nursery run today and all of a sudden got this almight pain in my left side of my chest then it went away, this happend a few moments later too. Trying not to let it bother me, telling my self its wind or something.

    Hi Claire

Sounds like you are doing very well Claire overall..

Well done for managing to not overreact to these pains today and if they've gone and not returned then so much the better.

    Sometimes they remain unexplained.

I have just had the most horrible feeling, my chest has just went really hot from the inside. I mean really really really hot, it gave me a fright. It's now passed and now I feel really cold and have had to put another top on. I'm feeling really scared and I just want to cry, is this it coming back?!

    Clare,

I too get the very hot feelings in my chest, especially around the chest area but it also moves around my body and seems to be predominatly at my right leg and foot.... strange!!

I read that anxiety can cause burning symptoms all around the body for long periods of time...

Try and not worry about it as its just another anxiety symptom.

today I seem to be fine and slept well last night for the first time in a week and the only thing that is different is that I have forgotten to take my meds last night cause I was feeling so bad. could it be the meds?

Glad you feel better today Claire and slept well.

I'm not sure whether it could be the meds or not
