Are both meant to do different things? I take Propanlol and although it gets rid of the phyiscal symptoms (pins and needles etc etc) it doesnt get rid of the mental side of it all, still have bad thoughts in my head.

propanlol is just to take the edge of ur panic,it is used to slow ur heart rate down(hence palpatations)...r u taking other meds?
