Aching Bad

Ive woke today i ache all over its horrible, ive never had this before, do you think its because i have been so stressed and Anxious since last wednesday as that is when the pain in my left arm started. Oh and that is not to bad now I hope it will get better during the day. I woke up anxious to oh my whatever next.

I dont know why im writing this really, just need to tell someone dont want to bother my darling husband.

well ive taken some pain killers so hope that will help, i feel like laying in bed and crying if im honest, im going out into the garden as my brother is going to cut my grass so il try and relax some more.

I feel the same, congested up left nostril, left arm and left leg ache. They always come on like this, just taken painkillers too, maybe its stress?
