Back from Docs

Doc said he is pleased with my progress and even though I am tired and legs and arms ache etc I am a lot better then when they last saw me. He reckons I did have Swine Flu and Depression at the same time :(

He now wants to see me in eight weeks time.

i have to go tomorrow, 1st time in 4 months
i get medications only from this doc , it the same doctor every time. Therapist i see more often.

I am really really anxious about this visit tomorrow.

I take it like exam.

Last time i was a messs, as i was crying all the appointment as i had relapse and family problems.

This time i am also not in the good place, but surprisingly i was not crying even once between these 4 months as i got better after that since and only from last week i started having PA.

I feel responsibility in front of this doc - like every time i have to be better.
I dont know why, but just the way my mind works....
