ive just taken my first cipralex this morning . i have been putting it off for weeks but iam in a state of panic this morning so i took it . its only 5mg but now iam feling sick and wozzy .i dont like it . anyone else on them and do they make u feel this way

Hey Mazz,

I am not on them tablets, but all tablets will have a few side effects at first. Give it time, and they should settle down and then you will start to feel the benefits.

Hi Mazz,

I started them 5 months ago at 5mg too and am on 20mg now. Make sure you've eaten something before you take it, like a round of toast maybe? I felt a bit like you do when you're travel sick when I first started mine but it only lasted for about a week and then slowly started to die down.
