restless leg sufferers

Hi all, Nicole i know you have it i wondered if you get little twitches & pops in your leg when sitting or resting regardless of the time of day? i dont get that feeling like i need to move my legs but i find if i constantly move my legs when sitting i dont get the twitches well i dont notice them any way. I always twitch & pop when sat down x

Mine seems to have calmed down again and I haven't had it for ages.

My feet hurt still though lol.

No but my son gets it. Which is weird as his dad used to (not sure if he still does as we are no longer together) but I wonder if it runs in families.
