Stopping Drinking Alcohol

Thanks so much for your comments and I appreciate your honesty.

I am going to bed soon with my hot chocolate and hope that I can sleep better tonight.

I do need to seriously think about alcohol as like you say we don't really need it and it just adds more problems into our lives.
