if you have yawning issues or feeling you body is trying to hard to breath every now.

every morning go out in the fresh air and empty your lungs fully and hold.

then slowly fill your lungs really full and hold till you cant no more while your counting slowling it seems to help focus so you hold for longer.

do this about 5 times every morning or when you feel like you having breathing issues's. morning time as well still it really freah air.

this really helps me when i was yawning big time and strill helps me when i feel like my body is trying to make up the air its needs.

the deap breathing is most likly your brain trying to correct a lack oxygen because your tence and reducing you breathing unknowingly.
