this is my latest symptom, but i realised last night that when i was concentrating on my initial post when introducing myself that i was getting some relief from it and in hindsight whenever i am busy doing things its not there, however if im not doing anything it hits me like a gremlin saying remember me so my chest becomes tight and it goes through to my shoulder blades and sometimes to my neck, but sometimes no matter what i try it seems quite delapitating and i just want to be alone and go to bed hoping it will go away when i sleep, however i can wake up and that gremlin is saying good morning. in addition it has been bothering me most of the morning except when writting this , maybe i should try and write a novel , [Yeah!] thats it im cured just need to improve my english punctuations .
