    About my last post

I was wondering why my last post had not appeared on the forum. And then I realized what it might have appeared I was suggesting. I assure you this was not the case, the method I referred to is not a crude one. So I apologize if it offended anyone and will take a little more care with my postings in future. Unfortunately, being socially phobic, it as fired up my anxiety. So I doubt I will make the same mistake again.

    Eternally Naive,

    Re: About my last post

I haven't been contacted so maybe I failed to post it correctly (Phew! ). In which case you can ignore my last post.

    Thanks for letting me know.

    Re: About my last post

Thanks I feel a lot less anxious now. That's the problem with social anxiety, we don't usually obsess with our anxiety symptoms but we do obsess about what we've said or done.

Thanks I can stop the post-mortem now, much obliged.

    An almost relaxed
