hi, i have mustard bach flower depression, can you take it same day, time as rescue remedy? are they all safe to mix? do i need to take the mustard for depression every day for it to work? i would of thought so? xxx thanks

Yes and Yes 2-3 times a day. Up to 7 mixed. 5 already in rescue remedy.
