hi does anyone suffer from frequent breakouts of spots due to stress , depression? i have some on chin, i eat heelthily,drink water but they keep scarring then coming back. so annoying1

Yes!
I seem to have them all my chin all the time! I have some liquid stuff from the docotr but doens't seem to shift them.
First Anxiety...then panic attacks...now GAD and depression...now working on a better future!

Mine are more those blind spots and they are really painful. ****** things.
Has anyone managed to get any cream that actually helps? I use quinoderm, but it tends to dry the skin out

yeah me too :(. I have however found something that is great. I went to asda to buy that T Tree stuff that you see on the tele but thats nearly a fiver so I looked at the asda's own spot brand with T Tree oil in it and it's great. it's only £2 and you use it morning and night it really leaves your skin clear and soft after just a couple of days!
