I've just joined this site - I'm 29 I live in Bolton - I have panic attacks a little and anxiety. I've had depression in the past but got over it but have a much milder version of it just recently. I don't want to go back on medication which is why I'm looking for alternatives such as this site and maybe some alternative therapy or something

I'de love to meet up with people in a similar position. I've finished uni and now am studying again and working but have a confidence issue though no-one would ever know to talk to me. How strange life is!
