Didnt know where to put this! I just feel a bit fuzzy from citalopram! My boyfriend went home last night after a depressive episode and i regret letting him go home. I feel guilty for staying home today i just didnt think i could drive today without crashing, and im worried my dad will come home and have a go at me for taking the day off because he doesnt see my illness as real!
So i just need a hug!

Its so frustrating when people dont understand about mental illness.
Take no notice and enjoy your day off and do try to chill.

Sometimes a day to yourself is just what the doctor ordered. It's nice to just relax and let all the cares flood away.
Take no notice of others hun, if you feel you need some time out then take it!

Oh...it's only uni...majority of students don't go in just becuase they can't be bothered ...at least we've got an excuse lol.
If I was you, I'd get off this site for the day, try and think of something else, maybe have a nice bath.
And if you wanna make it up with your bf, spend the day making yourself happy, make yourself gorgeous and then invite him around and just have fun together!
