anxiety during photo sessions

Hi is there anybody who gets anxiety during photo sessions. My mouth trembles terribly. It looks like im crying. Please help me out. I cant arrange any party due to this.

seems like having your picture taken sets off your anxiety.
do you have any idea why? did something happen? or maybe you got anxious one time while having your picture taken so you now associate it with panic?

I know it sounds silly but have you ever thought of dressing up? I hate having my picture taken but I went to a party and it was fine when my face was hidden behind a bandana and sun glasses.
