Stumbled upon this one day. Great stuff! Has a nice aroma and flavor, and is very relaxing. I would highly recommend it to anyone suffering from anxiety, it really does have a calming effect. There is no caffeine either since it's an herbal tea.

Thanks, I might try it. Have you tried inositol? So far I haven't found any supplement or medication that is better for anxiety and depression than inositol.
