Bus back home....

Hey guys tonight im going home from my holiday what if i have a heart atack on the bus im really scared because im felling chest pains now i need a EKG why didnt my doc get me one im scared will i be okay?

have you mp3 player if so listen to it on the bus anything to distract from your thoughts if you get a pain say to yourself its anxiety that's all i can do this ,, don't let it in ,,hope you had good holiday

no i dont my Ipod is out of power and i left the charger back home im just realy scared becuse i had a heart palp today i know its rare for a 14 year old to have a heart atack still im scared i have a bad heart.Why am i felling breatless nes and a tight chest and aching left arm now and butterfies

It's all anxiety, any heart problems would have been picked up by the doctor by now, just try to sleep on the bus

It definately anxiety. I know because ive been through exactly the same. You need to find something to do to distract yourself. I went to cyprus earlier in the year and the same happened to me on the coach on the way to the airport, i felt dreadful, i really felt like i was going to die but guess what im still here and so will you. Have you got a book or magazine that you can read ? Do anything you can think of to distarct yourself from thinking about it.
