Small lump under my left ear

Hello.

Since last week I seem to have developed a small lump under my left ear.

I have been checking my right ear and I don't have the lump there. I have been pressing it constantly though and I may be developing one on my right side now cos of the amount of time I have been pressing and squeezing checking for it.

Could the one under my left ear be related to the constant ringing in that ear and how much it pops when I blow my nose ?

Worried in case it's something more severe cos I know Google says that any swollen node is a serious case of illness but just not sure and wondered if anyone here has had this before or if it's just cos I might have a blockage near my left ear ???
