youtube "natural hallucinogen" (optical illusion thing)

Basically it's a youtube video that distorts your vision a bitty after watching it, someone posted a comment stating if one was to watch it fifteen times they would die.. I must have watched it 4 - 6 times in ten mins or so? I think I'm being silly, but please help.

Derren Brown has be freaking me out recently too. Like I avoided watching his show incase I became stuck to th settee and could never move again.
